Professional services oversees the successful delivery of new hardware or software installations for our client base. You will be configuring everything from workstations to servers to networking devices.
This position reports directly to the IT Manager.
Setup a PC/MAC/NAS/FIREWALL/SWITCH/VoIP from out of box to handing off to client, following detailed procedures.
Prep server from out of the box and handing off to senior engineers for client specific configurations.
Boots on the ground for break/fix work to assist helpdesk, as needed.
Cable terminations and using cable testing tools.
VoIP setup and configurations.
New user setups.
Using documentation and updating as needed.
Ability to prioritize their day accordingly and balance between tasks.
Must be able to manage the ticket queue and take ownership.
Ability to lift 50 pounds safely.
Perform general office duties as required.
Perform other appropriate duties and responsibilities as
assigned by the IT Manager.
Adopt continuous learning and improvement processes in all aspects of the position.
Minimum of 5 years experience with desktop support, networking and servers.
On the job training will be provided but you must be able to retain the knowledge.
Demonstrated experience and knowledge of principle duties listed.

Key Performance Indicators (KPTS)
Minimum of 30 hours billable services recorded per week
Client and staff satisfaction.
Satisfactory achievement of ongoing targets, goals and objectives as set by the IT Manager.
Accuracy of work undertaken, information and advice provided.
Following of instructions and completion of tasks in a timely, accurate and efficient manner which meet the requirements of the company, client and required regulatory standards.
Vacation benefits: 5 days first year and 10 days per year
