Service Desk Level 2 Engineer
We’re looking for a professional, enthusiastic, and highly motivated Service Desk Level 2 Engineer to join our growing MSP team. In this role, you will act as the escalation point for our Level 1 team, applying your expertise to resolve complex issues and ensuring a seamless client experience. You will not only provide in-depth technical support over the phone, email, and via remote access but will also occasionally serve as the boots-on-the-ground by visiting client sites when necessary.

Sales Closer
We are looking for a process driven, value focused, and self motivated individual to join our growing MSP as a Sales Closer. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new logo Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) by converting qualified leads into closed deals through a structured sales process. You will work closely with Marketing to manage lead flow and engage prospects. The Closer ensures a smooth sales process from discovery to close, while also building long-term client relationships for referrals.
This role requires strong negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the MSP landscape, and strict adherence to established processes.
