Role Summary:
We are looking for a process driven, value focused, and self motivated individual to join our growing MSP as a Sales Closer. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new logo Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) by converting qualified leads into closed deals through a structured sales process. You will work closely with Marketing to manage lead flow and engage prospects. The Closer ensures a smooth sales process from discovery to close, while also building long-term client relationships for referrals.
This role requires strong negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the MSP landscape, and strict adherence to established processes.

As a Closer, your mission is simple: Converting leads into long-term clients. You will work closely with a team of high-performing Setters and Sales Leaders, leveraging our proven sales process to guide prospects through the pipeline, from initial meetings to signed agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify and Close Deals: Manage the full sales cycle from First Time Appointments (FTAs) to closing deals.
- Drive Sales Growth: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and activity goals.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a clean and organized CRM, keeping detailed records of opportunities and activities.
- Collaborate with Setters: Work closely with our lead generation team to ensure you are consistently closing deals with high-quality prospects.
- Execute Presentations: Deliver tailored presentations and proposals, ensuring client needs align with our services.
- Handle Objections: Confidently address client concerns, reframing challenges into opportunities to drive the sale forward.

Requirements
- 2+ years of proven experience in closing deals in a B2B sales environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Experience with CRM tools to track and manage opportunities.
- Ability to attend 3-5 FTAs per week while managing the sales pipeline effectively.
- Familiarity with IT/Managed Services is a plus, but we care more about your sales talent than your background.
